Message: 2nd Century is my new plumbing company! The ice maker line to the refrigerator developed a small leak behind the wall. Chuck came out, cut holes in the wall, found the leak, and fixed it. He was very methodical and easy to work with.. The previous plumbing company I hired took a lazy shortcut when replacing some valves. I had to call them back to do the same job twice.. Regarding the review where 2nd Century wouldn't install the customer's faucet.. I had the same thing happen in Colorado but with different parts. And here in Florida a different plumbing company wouldn't install toilets unless I bought from them.. I think they don't want to get stuck installing cheap stuff and then having to service it. And evaluating the quality of customer-provided parts would be a can of worms.
